AMAX Computer Equipment Recycling Program in the State of Texas
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) adopted rules on May 21, 2008, implementing the computer equipment recycling program mandated by House Bill 2714 of the Texas Legislature's most recent session. These rules apply to manufacturers (as defined in the rules) of desktop and laptop computers. See www.tceq.state.tx.us
In compliance with the regulations, AMAX will provide for the collection, recycling or reuse of the used desktop computers manufactured by AMAX. Customer does not have to pay a separate fee at the time of recycling. You may drop off your equipment at the below location or contact us for a pre-paid shipping label.
