AMAX understands the need for control of manufacturing processes and it has never been more important than in today's stringent manufacturing environment. As standards have increased, so has the need for better management of manufacturing metrics that will help monitor individual and company productivity, and resource management. These numbers help AMAX measure a number of critical factors to assure that the company is able to maintain its advantage in customer satisfaction even as the volume of units produced increases. Serial Number Flexibility:

Each system produced is assigned an AMAX serial number or a unique serial number based on your custom requirements and protocols. These serial numbers and machine ID's are scanned into our Oracle database at each stage of Manufacturing to allow for real-time manufacturing status visibility, precise inventory management, and order tracking.

Quality Control:

AMAX continually analyzes quality data to focus on improvement in all aspects of the manufacturing process from components used to manufacturing procedures. All systems go through manufacturing yield analysis where mechanical quality control, burn-in, imaging, and final QA data are constantly reviewed by our QA team. • Stage 1: Component Testing
  • » All components are tested to check for compatibility and functionality prior to assembly.


• Stage 2: System Assembly
  • » AMAX follows an established methodology for the preparation, release, maintenance and control of Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI) to ensure build consistency across each and every system produced.


• Stage 3: High Temperature Burn-In Stress Testing
  • » Our suite of stress tests runs the systems for 12 to 24 hours at 95° F in our burn-in room to screen out component infant mortality.


• Stage 4: System Functionality Testing and Software Image Loading
  • » Engineers perform functional and input/output tests; all results logged are documented in a test report database. Software loading is also performed at this stage.


• Stage 5: Final Quality Inspection
  • » A final quality inspection where each system goes through a visual and specification adherence inspection.
