When your application is mission critical to your customers' operations, it is not acceptable for your system to be out of service. AMAX offers world-class and cost-effective Global Warranty Coverage for every system we sell. Warranty plans range from parts only and depot repairs to global hardware maintenance that includes on-site labor for parts replacement.




Standard Service Contract:

AMAX offers flexible parts and labor for our Standard Warranty coverage to ensure that your systems are fully supported throughout its lifecycle anywhere the systems are deployed in the world. Our Standard Warranty includes:

  • » Help Desk Assistance plus Service Management
  • » 12-month parts and labor
  • » 8:30 am to 5:30 pm(PST) Monday to Friday



On-site Technical Support:

Beyond our Standard Service Contract, AMAX can arrange for On-site Technical Support at the customer's location anywhere in the world. Time frame for repair service levels include four-hour or next-day response, and the duration of the support contract can range from one to multiple years.


Global On-site Support Plans:

Whether providing a total solution of hardware, OS and IT support and consulting, or more basic warranty service for price sensitive projects, AMAX offers four on-site support solutions ranging from Bronze to Platinum coverage. Available services are based on your requirements and desired on-site response times and coverage periods.


  • » Bronze Support On-site Coverage - 9/5 Next Business Day Response

    A service technician is scheduled to arrive on-site the next business day after we receive your service request and final diagnosis is complete. Business days are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm site local time, excluding holidays. Available in one to three year service contract options.

  • » Silver Support On-site Coverage - 9/5 4-Hour On-Site Response

    The service technician is scheduled to arrive on-site within 4 hours after final diagnosis is completed. This service is provided Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, site local time, every day excluding holidays. Available in one to three year service contract options.

  • » Gold Support On-site Coverage - 24/7 Next Business Day

    Help Desk Services and On-Site Services with Next Business Day On-Site Response are provided around the clock, every day including holidays. A Service Technician is scheduled to arrive on-site the next business day after we receive your service request, completed final diagnosis, and the replacement part is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm site local time, excluding holidays. Available in one to three year service contract options.

  • » Platinum Support On-site Coverage - 24/7 4-Hour On-Site Response

    Help Desk Services and On-Site Services with 4-Hour On-Site Response are provided around the clock, every day including holidays. When on-site service is needed, a Service Technician is scheduled to arrive within 4 hours of the final diagnosis of the service issue. Available in one to three year service contract options.
