Dear Valued Partner,

The safety and well-being of our suppliers, employees, customer, and all those we interact with are of top priority to us here at AMAX. Nonetheless, our passion for collaboration and dedication will remain strong as we all work through these challenging times. In light of the current global health crisis and recent government orders surrounding COVID-19, it is important that we provide you an update.

While everyone across the world continues to navigate the uncertainty of COVID-19, AMAX is committed to supporting your business throughout the course of this pandemic and to provide continuity of service as deemed possible by state mandates or any disruptions from our logistics partners.  We have been in business for over 40 years doing the most critical work that helps service providers and the technology ecosystems keep people and businesses connected, secured and information flowing.

AMAX leadership team is meeting regularly to assess and appropriately respond to the crisis as it evolves. We will adjust our operations to maintain continuity and to support the safety and health of all those that can be impacted. AMAX is operating in accordance with guidance from local government and public health authorities. We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to help protect our employees and partners around the world. While the health and welfare of our employees and our partners remain the top priority, we have a comprehensive business continuity plan that covers our sites around the world.

We have put in place actions which result in a reduction of potential virus transmission including distancing measures at work. Many of our employees are working from home as we have online collaboration capabilities for our employees to communicate. We are monitoring global materials and actively managing across a multi-continent strategy to ensure minimal impact to our valued stakeholders. Our factories in Ireland and China remain operational. Our facility in Fremont is closed for all non-essential work with the exception of operating at minimum basic operations through April 7, 2020, tentatively re-opening full operations, Wednesday, April 8, 2020.

AMAX is confident in our ability to maintain the service level you expect and remain committed to deliver throughout this challenging time. Again, we are taking all necessary steps to ensure safety for all and adapting to regulatory conditions to ensure essential businesses are supported.

Please reach out to your local AMAX team with any additional questions and concerns you may have.  We will update you as conditions change.
