Accounting Manager

Location: Fremont, CA

Department: Accounting


  • Oversee full accounting cycles
  • Month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations and consolidation
  • Prepare financial reports, analyses, forecasts, budgeting and ad hoc reports
  • Cost accounting, overhead allocation and inventory control
  • Internal control review and audit, and assist in external audit
  • Set up policies and procedures, and research variance analyses
  • Review sales, VAT, property and business tax returns
  • Special project management and accounting for multiple entities
  • Flexible and willing to take more responsibilities as needed


  • Accounting or business BA or MBA degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in US GAAP/IFRS Accounting
  • Hands-on experience in consolidation, cost accounting and financial analyses
  • Must be accurate, organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be motivated, flexible and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must have good MS Excel skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Peoplesoft, SAP ERP experiences preferred
  • Bi-lingual in Chinese and English preferred
