That is why AMAX offers world-class and cost-effective Global Warranty Coverage for every system we sell. Our warranty plans range from parts only and depot repairs to global hardware maintenance that includes on-site labor for parts replacement.

Standard Service Contracts

AMAX offers flexible parts and labor for our Standard Warranty coverage to ensure that your systems are fully supported throughout their lifecycle. Our Standard Warranty includes the following:

  • Help Desk Assistance (Plus Service Management)
  • 12-Month Parts and Labor
  • Technical Support 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday (PST)

On-Site Technical Support

Beyond our Standard Service Contract, AMAX can arrange for On-Site Technical Support at your location, anywhere in the world. Time frame for repair service levels include four-hour or next-day response, and the duration of the support contract can range from one to multiple years.

Global On-Site Support Plans

Whether providing a total solution of hardware, OS and IT support and consulting, or more basic warranty service for price sensitive projects, AMAX offers three on-site support solutions ranging from Silver to Platinum coverage. Available services are based on your requirements and desired on-site response times/coverage periods.

Silver Support On-Site Coverage - 9-5 Next Business Day On-Site Response

Help Desk Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, excluding holidays. A service technician will arrive on-site the next business day after final diagnosis is completed and the replacement part is at the site. Available in one to three year service contract options.

Gold Support On-Site Coverage - 24/7 Next Business Day

We will provide Help Desk Services and On-Site Support Services with NBD On-Site Response, every day including holidays. A Service Technician will arrive on-site the next business day after we receive your service request, complete final diagnosis, and the replacement part is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, excluding holidays. Available in one to three year service contract options.

Platinum Support On-Site Coverage - 24/7 4-Hour On-Site Response

We will provide Help Desk Services and On-Site Support Services with 4-hour On-Site Response, every day including holidays. When on-site service is needed, a Service Technician will arrive within 4 hours of the final diagnosis of the service issue. Available in one to three year service contract options. With Platinum Support, a spare parts kit is required at site.
