AMAX is honored to receive the 2020 Supplier Award from ASML, the world’s leading manufacturer of chip-making equipment. In a year with unprecedented challenges by the pandemic, the award is a validation of our excellent global AMAX team work in exceeding our customer’s goals.
During ASML’s annual Supplier Day event (held virtually on September 17, 2020), the company commended AMAX for outstanding performance in cost excellence.
“AMAX led an aggressive strategic sourcing engagement with our supply partners by garnering the right product strategy needed to make the program successful,” said Bohr Tsao, VP of Corporate Development. “Our achievement in this was enabled through a close collaboration between AMAX and ASML. By leveraging our agile and advanced scalable technology solutions, we were about to cohesively align with ASML’s needs seamlessly. This is something we strive to do every day for all of our customers.”
Along with the Supplier Award recognition, AMAX was also awarded 2500 euro to donate to the charity of our choice – “Artsen zonder Grenzen” (Dutch subsidiary of Doctors without Borders.) We hope this donation will provide more resources for medical aid. We want to take this opportunity to thank all the frontline health workers for all their work in their aid with the current COVID-19 pandemic. Finding ways to support hospitals and first responders are more important than ever.
