Phase 01

Phase 02

Facility & MEP Engineering

AMAX architects specialized physical environments for high-density AI workloads. This includes designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure, power distribution, liquid cooling loops, airflow management, cable pathways, and integrated monitoring systems.

Phase 03

AI Rack & Cluster Architecture

AMAX defines complete rack-level architecture, integrating GPU/CPU servers, networking, storage, PDUs, liquid manifold connections, management interfaces, and structured cabling for high-performance AI clusters.

Phase 04

Factory Build & Pre-Site Validation

To eliminate deployment delays and minimize on-site risk, AMAX pre-builds and validates infrastructure within controlled integration facilities or HostMax™ environments. Racks are fully integrated, cabled, labeled, and subjected to rigorous Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before shipment.

Phase 05

Site Installation & Level 1–5 Commissioning

AMAX manages the physical deployment and comprehensive Level 1–5 commissioning of the data center. This includes verification of power delivery, cooling loop pressures, network fabrics, control systems, and failover procedures under simulated peak AI workloads.

Phase 06

Production Handoff & Lifecycle Operations
